Everything You Need To Know About Vogue World: London
British Vogue is all set to host a glittering extravaganza that showcases the best of our nation’s fashion and culture on Thursday 14th September.
It is no secret that the performing arts landscape in the UK took a great hit during Covid – and there is nobody better placed to try to boost its fortunes than Vogue magazine. To launch London Fashion Week this September, Vogue is putting on a one-off performance to celebrate our world-class performing arts industry.
The event comes hot on the heels of a similar celebration in New York last year.
‘I’m thrilled to be co-hosting the second edition of Vogue World in London,’ says Edward Enninful, editor-in-chief of British Vogue and European Editorial Director, Vogue.
‘British Vogue has been championing fashion, culture, and the magical point where the two intersect for 107 years.
‘Now, we’re bringing its pages to life with the help of industry-leading talents in order to support the full spectrum of the creative arts in London. I can’t wait for everyone to join us for a night to remember.’
Here is all you need to know about the Vogue World 2023.

The glorious celebration of British performing arts will take place at the Grade I-listed Theatre Royal in Drury Lane.
The one-night-only, red-carpet event starts at 7pm on Thursday September 14, 2023.
The BAFTA- and OLIVIER-winning director Stephen Daldry, who brought us The Crown and Billy Elliot, is overseeing the event’s creative input.
Ticketholders will join Vogue editors and A-listers from across the board, including such luminaries as Kate Moss, Sienna Miller, Ian McKellen, Victoria Beckham and the Mayor of London. In an attempt to make the event inclusive, some tickets have been given free to students. Members of the public can buy tickets here.
The show itself will last about an hour. Before it, there will be plenty of time to visit the Theatre Royal’s bars and soak up the glamorous people and atmosphere.

Opera singers, supermodels, ballerinas and fashion designers will come together to pay tribute to British cultural icons from across the ages. Everyone from Shakespeare to Stormzy will get a nod at the philanthropic event.
If you can’t make it to the West End, you can follow the action via livestream on all Vogue sites globally.
Vogue World will support performing arts organisations in London, including the National Theatre, the Royal Opera House, the Rambert Dance Company and the Royal Ballet, with a donation from the event’s ticket sales.
